30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Under UK and EU Consumer Contracts Regulations, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at sjn.shed@gmail.com. Once authorized, we will provide instructions and the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns (or deducted from your refund if a prepaid label is issued). If the item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized products, perishable goods, sealed personal care/hygiene items (if unsealed), and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Standard outbound delivery costs will be refunded for returns requested within the 14-day statutory cooling-off period.
