Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once WatchTick dispatches the item or sends explicit email confirmation of order acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order prior to acceptance (e.g., due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Purchases are intended for personal, non-commercial use only and are not authorized for unauthorized commercial resale. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy [INSERT LINK].

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
Posted prices do not include applicable shipping fees, duties, or import taxes unless explicitly stated. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as confirmed in your order receipt.

For consumer sales, risk of loss and damage to products passes to you upon physical delivery of the items to you or a nominated third party (other than the carrier). If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit by our designated carrier, please contact sjn.shed@gmail.com immediately.

WatchTick is hosted on the Shopify e-commerce platform. You acknowledge and agree that your commercial transaction is directly with WatchTick and not with Shopify Inc. Shopify assumes no direct liability or obligation for sales, damages, or disputes arising from your transactions with WatchTick.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT OUR LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WatchTick and Shopify from any third-party claims, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your breach of these Terms of Service or violation of applicable laws.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed to the minimum extent necessary, and remaining provisions shall remain fully enforceable.

SECTION 20 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
