SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at WatchTick (watchtick.co.uk). Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where applicable).

2. Delivery Destinations (UK Only)
WatchTick ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to addresses outside of the UK (including BFPO addresses and overseas territories).

We ship to:
- Mainland UK
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Isle of Man & Isle of Wight

3. Couriers & Delivery Partners
To ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently, we primarily use Royal Mail for standard and tracked deliveries. Depending on package size, value, or location, we may also utilize other reputable UK courier services (such as DPD, Evri, or Parcelforce) at our discretion.

4. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier): Estimated 2–4 working days after dispatch. 
- Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24 / Courier Express): Estimated 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not strictly guaranteed.

5. Order Tracking
When your order has dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Items
If you have not received your order within 7 working days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sjn.shed@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
